Who we are

Arcworks (Kevin Peusch), Hostert, Luxembourg, is responsible for the personal data collected on arcworks.agency. Contact: hello@arcworks.agency.

What we collect

When you fill in the application form: your name, business, email, phone number and your answers (type of business, cars sold per month, enquiry sources, reply speed, how you heard about us). When you book a call: the time you pick. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: the content of your messages.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare the call you asked for, and contact you about it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, including through our automated assistant (which always says it is an AI). Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data or add you to a newsletter without your consent.

Who processes it for us

Netlify (website hosting), Google (form storage, calendar and Google Meet invitations, website fonts), Meta/WhatsApp if you contact us there, and HighLevel (our CRM and messaging tool) once it is connected. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@arcworks.agency. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.lu).
