What does it cost?
The first 30 days are free. After that it's a fixed monthly fee, cancel anytime, which we agree on during the call based on your enquiry volume.
Can I still reply myself?
Yes. You keep WhatsApp Business on your phone and see every conversation. As soon as you write to a customer, the assistant stops for that person.
Will customers know it's AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as your dealership's digital assistant, as the EU AI Act requires. It is polite, brief and hands over to you as soon as someone asks for a person.
Does it give prices? Does it negotiate?
It gives the prices listed on your website or ads. It never negotiates, never makes a trade-in offer and never promises anything on your behalf: for that, it hands the conversation to you.
What about workshop customers or suppliers?
You decide what the assistant handles. It takes care of sales and test drive enquiries and leaves the rest to you.
What happens to my data?
Your customers stay yours. We only access what you connect, never ask for a password, follow the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with every dealer.
